Salt Lake City, Utah- No. 7 Salt Lake Volleyball (6-2) were victorious as they beat Central Arizona in straight sets in the final match of the 2026 Crystal 'Inn'vitational. 25-18, 25-16, 25-11. Four of the Bruin's six wins this season have been in straight sets. 

Ellie Crosbie and Andie Thomas led the Bruins in the win. Crosbie recorded 7 kills and 4 blocks. Thomas also added 7 kills and had 5 digs. 

Lana Hollway was efficient for Salt Lake as the middle tallied 6 kills and 3 aces. 

As a team Salt Lake hit .423 in the match. Setters Teagan Sabillon and Elly Giordano shined for Salt Lake. Sabillon and Giordano recorded 15 and 12 assists respectively.

The Bruins head to Twin Falls, Idaho to compete in the STARR Corporation Invitational that is hosted by CSI. SLCC will have three matches there. The first match is on Friday September 4th at 1:00 pm versus Central Wyoming College.
