Salt Lake City, Utah- No. 7 Salt Lake Volleyball (4-1) won in straight sets against MSU West Plains in a match that lasted a little less than an hour. 25-18, 25-12, 25-9. 

Rylee Parkinson had a match-high 13 kills on 19 attempts to lead Salt Lake. Cameron Zajer added 11 kills and seven digs. The reigning SWAC Player of the Week Angelina Murase recorded 8 kills. Five different Bruins had at least one service ace and Salt Lake had 8 as a team.

The Bruins continue hosting the Crystal "Inn"vitational this weekend. Salt Lake has two matches on Thursday August, 28th.  2:00pm versus No. 19 New Mexico Junior College and 7:00 pm against No. 4 Weatherford.
