Game Recap: Women's Soccer | | Spencer Porter

SLCC and CSI Play to a 1-1 Tie

Salt Lake City, UTAH- No. 3 SLCC Women's Soccer (5-0-2) tied 1-1 versus the College of Southern Idaho (3-1-1). Salt Lake is now (3-0-1) in conference play.  

In a game with limited scoring chances CSI got on the board first in the 49th minute thanks to an impressive shot from Dani Gross. Five minutes later Lila Millward got past the Golden Eagles goalkeeper and scored the equalizer. Millward has five goals on the year. Both teams stayed tight defensively as the Bruins tied for the second time this season. Salt Lake had six shots on target on six corner kicks in the game.
