Salt Lake City, UTAH- No. 9 ranked SLCC Men's Soccer (0-2-1) and Otero College (1-1-2) played to a scoreless draw on Friday. 

Both teams were strong defensively as scoring chances were slim. Bruin goalkeeper Jackson Medina recorded a clean sheet for Salt Lake. Despite being down a man for the last ten minutes of the game, the Bruins were able to secure the tie. Ivan Madera was sharp in goal for Otero.

Salt Lake Men's Soccer begins conference play at home Saturday September 6th at 3:30 pm against Colorado Northwestern. Home games are played at Bruin Field on the Redwood Campus.
