Salt Lake City, UTAH- No. 3 Salt Lake Women's Soccer (1–1-0) cruised to a 8-0 victory over Central Wyoming College (1–0-1) in the Bruins home opener. 

Sophomore Sophie Eckery put the Bruins on the board in the fifth minute and recorded a hat trick. Freshman Lizzie Cowdell added a brace as she scored off a beautiful pass from freshman Seanna Harris and converted a PK. 

Avery Thal, Julia Willham, and Lila Millward all scored a goal for the Bruins. 

Elle Rafajko and Lexie Lund were both goalkeepers for a half and combined to record a clean sheet for Salt Lake.

No. 3 SLCC Women's Soccer will play at home once again on Saturday August, 30th at 10:30 am against No. 19 Eastern Arizona College. Home games are played at Bruin Field on the Redwood Campus.
