Enid, OKLAHOMA- No. 6 seed SLCC Women's Soccer lost 0-2 in the 2025 NJCAA Tournament to No. 3 seed Arizona Western. The result ends the Bruins great season and propels Arizona Western to the next round.
In the 24th minute Salt Lake's Lila Millward was issued a red card. With the man advantage Arizona Western scored a goal in each half. Fernanda Quiroz recorded a brace for the Matadors with goals in the 31st minute and 85th minute.
Salt Lake down a man, managed to get one shot on goal. Bruin goalkeeper Elle Rafajko made ten saves.
Last year Salt Lake lost to Arizona Western in a shootout in the NJCAA Women's Soccer Final Four. On the road to Nationals, Salt Lake earned the first place SWAC regular-season championship and won the Region 18 Final this season.
