Salt Lake City, UTAH- No. 5 SLCC Women's Soccer (9-1-2) got back on track with a 4-1 over No. 20 USU-Eastern (6–4-2).
All of the game's goals came in the first half. Avery Thal opened the scoring for Salt Lake with a goal in the 23rd minute off a pass from Sophie Eckery. USU-Eastern equalized off a strike from Kinley Hicks in the 31st minute.
Kendall Carter scored five minutes later off a well taken free kick from Nao Yamada. Jayla McFarland and Lila Millward each scored on deep shots to close out the half. Sierra Jacobson recorded an assist and Eckery finished with two assists.
Salt Lake had 12 shots on target and nine corner kicks in the game. The Bruins also beat the Eagles 4-1 in September.
