WICHITA, Kansas (Sunday, November 17, 2024)—  Six-seed Salt Lake women's soccer kicked off the 2024 NJCAA men's soccer tournament with a 2-1 win, upsetting third-seeded Navarro Community College.

Reika Yuba was involved with both Bruin goals. The freshman forward assisted Sophie Eckery and followed up with the game-winner later in the match. Nao Yamada assisted Yuba's goal.

Elle Rafajko had a great game in goal for SLCC.

Salt Lake takes on the tenth-seeded Monroe Community College on Monday, November 18. The match kicks off at 2 p.m. MT.
