Box Score TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (April 8, 2021) – The No. 4 Salt Lake Community College men's soccer team earned a road victory in their Scenic West Athletic Conference opener Thursday.
 
SLCC posted a 5-3 victory over Snow College, starting a two-match road trip with momentum. The Bruins are now 2-0 overall and 1-0 in league play.

Omar Gomez opened up with a goal for SLCC early, scoring on a Samuel Owusu assist. Gomez would gain an assist later in the match, helping a Paul Richnow goal. Other goalscorers in the match for Salt Lake included Ryen Jiba, Jonathan Castro and Taimu Okiyoshi. Jiba assisted on a Castro goal, while Castro also assisting on a Jiba goal. 
 
Salt Lake will play another road match at Southern Nevada Saturday.
