Box Score TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (February 20, 2021) - The No. 16 Salt Lake Community College volleyball team earned a sweeping victory in a non-conference road match Saturday. 

The Bruins picked up a 3-0 win at Western Wyoming Community College, downing the Mustangs by set scores of 25-15, 25-18, 25-14. The victory boosts SLCC to 7-4 overall and 1-0 in Scenic West Athletic Conference play.

Sammi Johnston finished with 10 kills to lead Salt Lake, hitting .412 in the win. The Bruins had 11 aces as a team, with Johnston, Frith, and Gwen Russell all finishing with a trio of aces each. 

Salt Lake will play a pair of home matches next week, facing off against Colorado Northwestern Community College on Wednesday and USU Eastern on Friday.
