TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (November 9, 2021) – A high seed awaits the No. 5 Salt Lake Community College Women's Soccer program as they prepare for next week's NJCAA Division-I Women's Soccer Championships.
The Bruins were named as the No. 5 overall seed in next week's tournament, which will be played Nov. 15-20 in Daytona Beach, Florida. SLCC is in a pod with No. 4 Iowa Western and No. 9 Butler (KS). Scenic West rival Snow College is the No. 7 overall seed.

SLCC was the NJCAA runner-up in the Spring 2021 season, then responded with a 14-3-1 mark in the Fall 2021 season. The Bruins won the Region 18 championship with a 1-0 win over Snow College, with a 2-1 win over Arizona Western College in the West District championships.
Salt Lake will play Butler on Tuesday, Nov. 16, with a match Wednesday against No. 4 Iowa Western.
