Box Score TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (October 3, 2019) - The No. 5 Salt Lake Community College men's-and-women's soccer teams both rolled to impressive victories over Colorado Northwestern Community College in Scenic West play Thursday.
The SLCC men's squad earned a 7-0 victory over the Spartans, while the women's team rolled to a 12-0 victory. The win lifts the SLCC men's program to 8-0-1 on the season, with a mark of 6-0-0 in the Scenic West; the win helps the women's program improve to 7-0-1 and 4-0-1 in league play.
Salt Lake will travel to play at in-state rival USU Eastern on Saturday. The SLCC men's team is scheduled to play at 11:00 a.m., with the women's team scheduled to play at 1:00 p.m.

Seven different SLCC player scored for Colorado Northwestern, with
Ryen Jiba scoring the opening goal to give Salt Lake a 1-0 lead. The Bruins stretched the lead to 3-0 after a
Daniel Mulholland goal, followed up by a
Rafael Calderon goal that ended the scoring.
SLCC Women 12, CNCC 0: The nationally-ranked SLCC women earned another impressive victory in their season.
A trio of Bruins scored at least pair of goals as
Rebecca Olsen scored a pair of goals, followed up by
Sarah Spencer's two goals.
Whitney Turner scored a trio of goals , scoring the final two goals of the landmark victory for Salt Lake.Â
