Box Score TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (September 15, 2018) - Four matches in and the No. 9 Salt Lake Community College men's soccer team is still at the top of the Scenic West.
The Bruins earned a 5-0 victory over in-state rival USU Eastern, moving to 9-0 overall and 4-0 in the Scenic West Athletic Conference. Salt Lake dominated the match offensively, holding a 22-5 edge in shots-on-goal.

Enoch Mushagalusa started the scoring early, giving Salt Lake an early 1-0 lead in the 2nd minute. The Bruins extended it to 2-0 in the 19th minute on an
Innocent Twishime goal, with Jonathan Guadarrama stretching it to 3-0 at halftime. Twishime scored another goal for Salt Lake in the 58th minute, with
Esteban Celis finishing the scoring with a goal in the 71st minute.Â
Salt Lake will travel to play nationally-ranked Snow College next weekend, playing matches on Friday and Saturday. The Friday match will begin at 3:00 p.m., with the Saturday match starting at 1:00 p.m.Â
