It was all Bruins early and often throughout the match as the Spartans never really threatened with set one's score going at 25-14 in SLCC's favor.
Set two saw the closest score between CNCC and SLCC, but the Bruins once again pulled out the set 25-18.
Set three continued to go to SLCC as the Bruins rolled to the 3-0 sweep with a score of 25-16.
For the match the Bruins hit .481 led by freshman
Kallie Schmit (Kalama, WA) with 10 kills and zero errors.
Jessica Quayle (Ogden, UT) hammered 13 kills on 19 attempts and
Sadie Pond (Herriman, UT) hit .400.
Rachel Davis (Riverton, UT) added 38 assists, respectively.
The Bruins improve to 16-6, 4-1 in the Scenic West Athletic Conference with the win. Next up SLCC will hit the road to Rock Springs, Wyo., to take on No. 11 Western Wyoming Community College on Tuesday, Oct. 14, at 6 p.m.
