Young, a redshirt sophomore, led the Bruins in scoring and was third in the conference, averaging 16.6 PPG. Danny scored a career-high 36 points on the Bruins sophomore night against CNCC. Additionally he recorded 28 points in three games this season. 

Young was also third in the SWAC in FT% going 96-111 (86%). Danny led the Bruins with 64 made three-pointers which were the fourth most in the conference. The transfer from Cleveland State was 11th in the conference in minutes per game with 28.1.

Danny is from Shaker Heights, Ohio. Coached by his father, he averaged 25.1 PPG at Shaker Heights high school his senior year. He and his dad became the first Father/Son to win the Lake Erie League Championship. Martin is a 6'2 guard from Layton, Utah. As a Lancer he scored over 1,000 points and tallied 358 assists in his high school career. Martin was named to the 6A Third Team as a junior and the 6A Second Team as a senior. 

Doleac is a 6'7 forward from Sandy, Utah who played his high school ball at Alta where his career average was 10.7 PPG. Carter earned 5A Second Team honors in both his junior year and senior year. CNCC went 9-20 on three-pointers in the first half and led 37-26 with 4:52 to go in the first half. Salt Lake dominated the rest of the half and led 48-41 at the break. The Bruins amped up the scoring and held the lead for the entire second half. 

Danny Young Jr. was perfect from the line (10-10) on his way to a career-high 36 points. Young posted a double-double with 10 rebounds. Five Bruins finished in double-figures. Nick Jefferson recorded 15 points and 9 assists. Reggie Larsen shot 4-8 from the floor and added 13 points. Salt Lake was 25-69 (36.2%) from the floor and the Eagles were 30-58 (51.7%) on field goals. Four different USU-Eastern players recorded double-figures. Once again the Bruins played a strong first half and led the Badgers 46-44. Snow turned up the heat and put the game out of reach winning the second half 46-31. 

Lantz Stephenson had a game-high 25 points and also recorded 8 rebounds. PG Nick Jefferson chipped in 15 points, 6 boards, and 6 assists. Jaxon Heiden added 12 points and shot 5-7 from the field. Nick Clark netted double-figures with 10 points. 

The Badgers finished with balance scoring as all five starters were in double-figures. McCaden Adams led Snow with 20 points. Adams was the only player in the game that shot the ball well from deep (3-7). In a very evenly matched first half Salt Lake led Southern Idaho 40-35 at the break. Lantz Stephenson shined for Salt Lake off the bench with instant offense. The freshman scored 15 points in the first half on 5-7 shooting. Stephenson finished with 20 points in the loss. 

The second half was a different story as CSI outscored SLCC 48-21 in the second half. Four Golden Eagle players scored double-figures. The Cardinals stayed tough and closed out the Bruins to win the season series. NIC led by 12 at the half and made their free-throws down the stretch in a game that had 52 fouls called. 66 free-throws were shot in the game. Both teams were solid at the line as SLCC went 32-39 from the stripe and NIC went 23-27 on free-throws. 

Daye Kaba led Salt Lake with 21 points going 7-13 from the field. Nick Jefferson added 18 points and 6 assists. Danny Young Jr. went 11-13 at the line and finished with 14 points. Jaxon Heiden recorded 8 points and 8 rebounds.

The Bruins led by 18 at one point and were up 35-24 at the half. USU-Eastern battled back 

And took their first lead with 4:53 to go in the second half. Ike Palmer, who finished with 25 points to lead the Eagles, hit the game-winning shot with a second left in regulation until a player on the Eagle bench ran onto the court with 0.9 seconds left. 

The premature celebration resulted in a technical foul. Danny Young Jr. hit both free-throws to send the 66-66 game into OT. 17 seconds into overtime Jaxon Heiden picked up his fifth foul and the Bruins got outscored 13-2 in the five minute OT. 

Young Jr. also scored 25 points and Daye Kaba added 23 points going 8-16 from the field. Daye Kaba posted a game-high 16 points in the loss, and Reggie Larsen hit four threes for Salt Lake off the bench. Danny Young Jr. and Nick Jefferson recorded 11 points and ten points respectively. Jefferson added a game-high 7 assists. Lance Stephenson had seven points in six minutes for the Bruins before leaving the game after getting injured on a putback in the first half. 

The Badgers led early on and were ahead 49-37 at halftime. Seven different Snow College players scored double figures. Snow recorded 24 offensive rebounds as a team which contributed to their 64 paint points.

Career-highs in scoring propelled the Bruins to a road victory against their long time travel partner Colorado Northwestern. 

Danny Young Jr. dropped a game-high 25 points to lead the Bruins. Nick Clark posted a career-high 21 points on 8-9 shooting. Clark missed the first matchup of the season against CNCC with a concussion. 

Daye Kaba was big off the bench once again for Salt Lake. Daye recorded a career-high 17 points. PG Nick Jefferson chipped in with a career-high 12 assists for the Bruins. Salt Lake had 19 assists as a team and only 7 turnovers. 

Four CNCC players achieved double-figures and Jordan Jones led CNCC with 20 points in the defeat.
